The ability to express oneself sincerely and deeply - that’s all Kat White wants from music. First in England and then in Brittany, they grew up on a diet of folk, rock and pop-rock. Their voice stands out, both due to its power and character, whether singing alone or performing with other musicians. In Rennes, Kat met numerous musicians that admired them for both their personality and talent, and they never missed the opportunity to soak up the diverse range of music that they found. It’s here that jazz really came into the picture as their artistic freedom continued to grow, first, at the Rennes Conservatoire and then, at the Didier Lockwood Music Centre.
